Thrivari Get in touch

Booking software that keeps up with a real shop.

Thrivari runs the booking site your customers use and the dashboard your team works from. It answers the questions a generic calendar cannot: can all 3 of us come in together, does this color service need a consultation, and how many visits are left on the membership.

Provisions Barber is the first shop using Thrivari.

The problem

Your calendar is not the part that is hard.

Booking a single haircut into an empty slot is easy. Everything around it is what eats the day.

The phone rings during every cut

Can the 3 of us come in together, is my usual barber working Saturday, do I still have a visit this month. Your booking page cannot answer any of it, so somebody puts down the clippers and picks up the phone.

Software does not know who is family

Most tools treat every person as a stranger with their own login. In a real shop, 1 parent books for 3 kids, pays for the memberships, and needs everyone to get the reminder text.

The day gets run on paper

Waitlist on a sticky note, a price change settled out of the drawer, reminders sent by hand when somebody remembers. It works until it is busy, which is exactly when it stops working.

What it does

Built around how service businesses actually run.

These are not settings buried in a menu. They are the things the system is designed around.

Several people, one visit

Book a whole family in a single pass. Thrivari matches each person to a barber who can do their service, and can seat everyone at the same time or spread them across the day.

Consultations built into the booking

Color and chemical services ask the right intake questions while the customer is booking, and the minutes for the consultation are already sitting in the slot.

Family accounts

Everyone in the family gets the booking texts, and anyone in the family can update the list. No shared password, no 4 separate accounts to keep straight.

Memberships and store credit

Memberships are per person, paid by the family, with monthly visit limits. When a price changes, it settles as store credit or a refund, and the credit is applied automatically at the next booking.

Waitlist and call list

Customers join the waitlist with the part of the day that works for them, morning or afternoon. The shop gets a clean call list to work through when a slot opens up.

Texts people actually get

A confirmation when the booking is made, reminders the day before and 2 hours out, and a follow-up after. Consent is recorded for every number.

How it works

3 steps to running your shop on it.

STEP 1

Set up your shop

Hours, barbers, services and prices, how long each service takes, and which ones need a consultation. Set once in the dashboard, changed any time without calling anyone.

STEP 2

Take bookings

Your booking site goes live at your own address. Customers book on their phone, alone or as a family, join the waitlist when you are full, and get a confirmation text right away.

STEP 3

Run the day from the dashboard

Appointments, customers, hours and barbers, services and prices, waitlist, memberships, families, and reports, all in one place. It runs on Cloudflare's network, so it loads fast wherever your team is standing.

Who it is for

Shops where the schedule is the business.

  • BarbershopsWalk-in energy with a booked chair. Families, memberships, and a waitlist that is worth working.
  • SalonsColor and chemical work, where the consultation and the timing matter as much as the slot.
  • Other appointment businessesAny shop with staff, services of different lengths, repeat customers, and a day that has to be run.

If your customers come back, bring people with them, and care which staff member they see, Thrivari was designed for the way you already work.

Pricing

Set per shop, after we talk.

Shops are not the same size and do not need the same things, so plans are set per shop rather than picked off a grid. Tell us how you run, and we will put a number to it.

One plan, everything in it

Your customer booking site, the dashboard your team works from, and the text messages that go with them are all part of the plan. Payments stay in your own Square account.

Questions

The things owners ask first.

Do we keep our own payment account?

Yes. Payments run through your own Square account, so the money lands where it already lands and the merchant relationship stays yours. Thrivari handles the booking, the schedule, and the messages around it.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is your data, and you can take it. If you leave, you get a full export of it: customers, appointments, memberships, families, and history, in a form you can load somewhere else.

Can customers book several people at once?

Yes, and this is the part most tools get wrong. A customer books for everyone coming in, and Thrivari matches each person to a staff member who can do their service. You choose whether the family is seated at the same time or spread across the day.

Do we need a website already?

No. The booking site is a real site: your services, your prices, your staff, and booking, all at your own address. If you already have a site you like, keep it and point it at your booking page.

How do the texts work?

A confirmation goes out when the booking is made, reminders follow the day before and 2 hours out, and a follow-up goes out after the visit. Consent is recorded for every number, and everyone on a family account gets the texts for their own appointments.

Tell us how your shop runs.

A short conversation is enough to tell whether this fits. Send a note with your shop, how many staff you have, and the part of the week that gives you the most trouble.
